Sandwich Rolls These rolls are pillow-y and don't fall apart when packed with juicy, saucy pulled BBQ.
Ingredients
- 1.25 c. Warm water
- 2 T. Sugar
- 2 t. Kosher salt
- 4 c. Bread flour
- .25 c. Milk
- 2 t. Yeast
Put in bread machine in standard bread machine order. Run bread machine on dough cycle
Set oven to 425 deg. form dough into little balls. Brush with egg white sprinkle with course kosher salt.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
