BBQ Sauce Base I found this recipe on a scrap of paper in my kitchen. This BBQ sauce is probably a work-in-progress.
Ingredients
- 0.5 g Apple Juice
- 0.5 g Katsup
- 1 g Cider Vineger
- .25 g Molasses
- .75 t Salt (probably kosher)
- 3/4 t Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 T Brown Sugar
- 1 T Hot Sauce
- .5 t Mustard
- 1 t Chili Powder
- 2 grams Sauteed (probably spring) Onions & Garlic
Probably put it all together in the order listed and simmer for a while.
